Designed for wrestlers of all ages who want to improve, excel, prepare and achieve their wrestling goals. The structure of the practices will focus on the fundamentals in all three positions of wrestling.

You will have plenty of live wrestling while learning proper work ethics, systemized drilling, chain-attacks, set ups to finishes and the mental preparation that has helped others to become state and national champions.

Practices will be intense and structured, and help serious wrestlers achieve their goals, such as becoming a State Champion.

Spring months will feature Freestyle and Greco Roman. Wrestlers will be introduced to the rules, techniques and philosophy of Olympic wrestling.

During the Summer months, wrestlers can stay on the mat on a regular basis to stay in shape while learning new techniques and fixing weaknesses.
